How do you manage to offer so many beer products?

We spend a lot of time creating new products, and there's no shortage of ideas when it comes to beer! This drink is part of our daily lives and a true philosophy of life for us.

I received my order in multiple packages several days apart. Is this normal?

    Yes, because we have suppliers all over the world. Shipping times vary from country to country, and we prefer that you receive your order in installments if that allows you to receive your first items faster! 😊

    What is the delivery time for your products?

    As explained in the previous question, some of our suppliers may be very far away.

    As part of our environmental, anti-waste approach, our products are made to order. Delivery time is therefore approximately 1 to 3 weeks, as this includes manufacturing time. You should therefore allow approximately 1 to 3 weeks from the time you receive your order confirmation email.

    Standard delivery has a delivery time of 2 to 3 weeks depending on the type of products.

    NB: Please note that our delivery times may be impacted by our carriers' services. In the event of social unrest or other disruptions (weather, flooding, etc.), their services may be extended. You will not be able to blame us for these additional delays, which are not our fault. Thank you for your understanding.

    I received my products but one of them doesn't suit me. What should I do?

      You have 14 days from the date you received your product to contact us. Simply email us as soon as possible at info@chopedebiere.com, specifying the reason for your dissatisfaction, including a photo if necessary. We will then provide you with a postal address to return the product, and we will process your refund upon receipt. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you selected when placing your order: your credit card or PayPal.

      Return shipping costs will be covered by us, up to a maximum of €5, unless the item you received was damaged during shipping. You must return proof of payment for the return shipping so we can reimburse you, up to a maximum of €5.

      Regarding the reimbursement of return shipping costs ( up to a maximum of €5) , these can only be made via a gift card valid for 1 year. The amount of this card will be equivalent to your return shipping costs, up to a limit of €5.

      I ordered a garment that is the wrong size or color. Can I exchange it?

      All our clothing is made to order. Requesting an exchange is therefore theoretically not possible, as it would require us to remake a new garment at our own expense. However, our 14-day money-back guarantee policy overrides this.

      When will I be charged after my order has been validated?

        If your payment is authorized, you will receive an email confirming that the order has been validated. The amount due will be automatically debited.

        If your card is not authorized, it will not be charged, and we will send you an email informing you of the reason for the decline. In this case, it is a rejection by the bank or institution that issued your card.

        How can I get a promo code?

          The easiest way is to enter your email address at the bottom right in the "10% off welcome promo code, competitions, etc..." section.

          Another option: visit our site regularly to check if we have any current promotions.

          Last option: become a customer! We regularly send promo codes to our most loyal customers. They benefit from better prices because we love our customers more than anything! :)

          How does my promo code work?

          A promo code becomes active from the moment you enter it in the "discount code" box at the "checkout" stage (after validating your shopping cart). You will then have the pleasure of seeing the discount apply and the price decrease! 😉

          ATTENTION: Our promo codes only work when you write them in capital letters and without spaces!

          Can I use multiple promo codes?

          Unfortunately, promo codes cannot be combined. We therefore recommend selecting the one that seems most beneficial to you. Any other codes you may have may be valid for future orders, provided they are still active.

          How does the Chopedebiere ® gift card work?

          Our gift cards are digital and are sent in the form of a code to be entered when confirming your shopping cart. Each card is valid for 1 year from the issue date mentioned in the email you received with its code. You can use it as many times as you like until your balance is depleted.

          Does my gift card work with a promo code?

          Yes, absolutely, because the gift card is a payment method in its own right. Our gift cards are virtual and come in the form of a code. You can therefore enter both the gift card code and a promo code.

          However, promo codes cannot be combined.

          What are the shipping costs and times?

            As part of our environmental, anti-waste approach, our products are made to order. Delivery time is therefore approximately 1 to 3 weeks, as this includes manufacturing time.

            The costs are our responsibility for mainland France and payable in other countries.

            To benefit from this free service, this therefore requires shipping times ranging from 1 to 3 weeks for mainland France and the EU . The shipping time for Canada is approximately 3 weeks.
