Return and Refund Policy
Our money-back guarantee lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your item, we can unfortunately no longer offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@chopedebiere.com so that we can provide you with our postal address.
Several types of products cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Ebooks
To make a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Procedure for a return/refund:
You have 14 days from the date you received your product to contact us. Simply email us as soon as possible at info@chopedebiere.com, specifying the reason for your dissatisfaction, including a photo if necessary. We will then provide you with a postal address to return the product, and we will process your refund upon receipt. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you selected when placing your order: your credit card or PayPal.
Return shipping costs will be covered by us, up to a maximum of €5, unless the item you received was damaged during shipping. You must return proof of payment for the return shipping so we can reimburse you, up to a maximum of €5.
Regarding the reimbursement of return shipping costs ( up to a maximum of €5) , these can only be made via a gift card valid for 1 year. The amount of this card will be equivalent to your return shipping costs, up to a limit of €5.
Partial refund within 14 days of receiving your product:
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We will cover the shipping costs for returning the product and will refund you €5 in gift cards that can be used on our website only.
NB: Please note that our delivery times may be impacted by our carriers' services. In the event of social unrest or other disruptions (weather, flooding, etc.), their services may be extended. You cannot blame us for these additional delays, which are not our fault. Thank you for your understanding.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If after completing all these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@chopedebiere.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace an item if it is defective, damaged or if you have changed your mind. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@chopedebiere.com and send your item to the postal address we will provide you.
Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we'll email you a gift card of the same value.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
The shipping costs for returning an item remain our responsibility, up to a limit of €5 and provided that you send us proof of payment: the La Poste receipt to be included in the package, a photo by email, a screenshot if the invoice is electronic. Upon receipt of the package, we will reimburse you for these costs in the form of a €5 gift card.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $45, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
